As I look back over the 26th year of my life, it seems more like 2 or 3 than just one year since my last birthday. So much has happened. . . I have so many blessings that God has bestowed on me:
1. Getting married to a wonderful man.
2 Having not just one, but two beautiful weddings
3. Janis being able to see my home and meet my relatives.
4. Being home for Thanksgiving last year.
5. Having my family come to visit me in May. Praise God that my Mom, sister and brother were able to join daddy in his yearly trip.
6. Traveling 10,000 kilometers around Europe and seeing seeing 10 countries. Wow!
7. Being able to enjoy the sea.
8. Getting my ""dream" work place here in Latvia.
9. A wonderful harvest and learning to can.
10. Snow before my birthday.
I could go on and on. So much has happened this year, it has been full and brimming over. How overwhelmingly blessed I am. Even as I write my husband is working on some project, which I know is for me, and am playing innocent. I am in need of a frame for my silk paintings, and the company that makes them has gone bankrupt so it is impossible to buy them anymore. So my talented husband is making me one. . . How sweet, don't you think? I won't tell him I know :)
