18 Months

My cutie pie just turned one and half the other day. She is simply darling with her big brown eyes, and sweet smile. I love that she still cuddles with me now and then. I certainly am looking forward to that aspect of having a new baby :)

Amelija loves doing whatever Daniel is doing- playing with cars, or blocks or anything. She makes fantastic car and airplane noises. Better than I could ever hope to make- I must not have played cars as a child, never having had an older brother.

She says some words: Mamma, Tetis (Daddy in Latvian), More (mo), down (dow), up (opa),apple,no,baby,fish. . .

She loves drawing, playing with Tetis, flying with Tetis, dancing, playing outside,looking at books, bath time and eating.

She is rather destructive at times, ripping pages out of books and breaking foam puzzle pieces, as well as wadding up wedding invitations. YIKES!

I love that girl and can't wait for the time when she will be able to cook and sew along-side me.

She is one sweet little lady.
