"God's fingerprints are everywhere, just to show how much He cares. . . "
How true the words of this children's song ring in my heart today. So often it seems that the details of our life may be too minute for praying about. I tend to pray for little things, because they're important to me. But sometimes even before I pray- God answers.
Lately I've been "outgrowing" all my clothes, especially pants. Maternity clothes in Latvia are outrageously expensive. And so this was a real concern for me. Then a lady in one of my new classes came to me and hestitantly offered me some maternity jeans. I was surprised and wondered how she knew I needed them:) She said she had had a dream where she asked me if I was pregnant, and I said, "Yes". She said she often has dreams likes this. I was touched, and thought, "Wow, look how God uses strangers to bless his children."
The pants she gave me fit, and it is so nice to have a change in my wardrobe. Also some things have come from Sweden for our church, and I have been blessed with some more new additions to my wardrobe. Truly God cares about the little details of my life, like clothes, and looking nice for work. He sees my girlish heart and my longings. What a good and caring Father he is.
