How I love this phrase which echoes through the church on Resurrection morning. As the good news ran through your church today, so it flies across the world.
Today we were able to again have our service in the new building and this time it was warm! Slava Dievam! Or Praise the Lord- in Latvian. The service was of course well attended; I think there were about 150 people there.
The songs were so triumphant, as we sang praises to our Lord. The words of one song ring especially loudly in my heart:
Jesus is alive today.
He will be alive forever. . .
Truly He is Risen!
Let us give honor and glory to Him today!
