It has come to my attention that I have become very bad at keeping our dear ones across the sea informed about us and our lives. And as much as it may be true that we are buy and have no time. . . I know that when one of you takes the time to write me, or send me photos I feel so important and special. And so that you will each know from over that we love you, we want you to know what we are doing in Latvia.
Summer has been full, very full and here are some things we did in July.
July 5 a dear young woman from our church got married. So I made her wedding cake and we were at her celebration. Daniel loved going out rowing with Janis and Amelija loved the swing and dock.
We also went the lovely palace, Rudales. We even took our puppy. More rooms have now been renovated and it was lovely to see the palace again, it had been years ago that I saw it. The gardens there are so lovely and I loved seeing all the roses. The kids loved our day out together and our puppy got plum tuckered out. Amelija wanted to be sure to be a princess going to the palace- so she wore her Cinderella dress from Grandma :)
Oh my goodness! I can't believe how big your kiddos are getting! Especially Karlis, he's such a big boy now! Thank you for sharing pictures. I do feel special :-)
