Daniel REALLY wanted to ride the tram. He finally convinced us he needed to and so he and Daddy rode to another part of town.
Needless to say he was MORE than a little excited!

Tired grouchy Mama, tired fussy baby, beautiful river.
Our second day we were in Daugavpils- there are many lovely churches there. The city of Daugavpils is the second largest city in Latvia. There are 50% Russians there. We had a nice walk down the main street and then headed on. We camped in a beautiful quiet spot by the Daugava river and enjoyed some fishing. The fish were doing lots of jumping, but no biting.
